Pumpkin Scone Wedge Ingredients - 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons sugar 1 cup Mashed, well drained, cooked pumpkin 1 egg 2 cups self raising flour Pinch salt 1/3 cup of sultanas (optional) Milk for glazing Method - (1) Beat together butter and sugar until creamy, mix in the pumpkin and egg (2) Sift the flour and salt and mix in,together with the sultanas (if desired) (3) Knead lightly on a floured surface. (4) Pat into a 20 cm (8in) round nd place on a lightly greased oven tray. (5) Cut into 6 sections almost to the bottom so that they can be pulled apart when baked. (6) Brush with milk and bake in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked.
