Key Lime Pie Crust - 1.5 cups of graham crackers 1/3 cup of sugar 6 tbs butter Preheat oven to 350F Combine ingredients and mix. Bake in 9-inch pie pan for 7-10 minutes. Cool completely. Filling 2 cups heavy cream 1 tsp lime zest 1/2 cup lime juice (4 limes) 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk. Whip cream to soft peaks Mix limes and condensed milk until thickens slightly Add 2/3 of cream to limes and condensed milk. Refrigerate remaining cream. Pour filling into pie and put in freezer for 2 hours. Remove 15 minutes before serving and add remaining cream.
