Ed Chan's Secret Quick Fudge. Ingredients - 18 ounces (1.5 packets) of semi-sweet to sweet chocolate chips. 14 ounces of condensed milk 1 cup of walnuts or other soft nut. 8*8 inch pan or similar size lined with grease paper Steps - 1. Place Chocolate chips and condensed milk in a microwave-able dish. Heat for 1 minute. Stir. Heat again until all the chocolate has melted and milk and chocolate have mixed well. 2. Add nuts. Stir in. 3. Pour mixture into pan and pat down. 4. Freeze for 2 hours in the refridgerator. 5. Take out of pan and cut into small pieces with a sharp knife. Total Cooking time - 5 minutes + 3 minutes licking the bowl clean.
