Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Biscuit/Cookie Ingredients - 1.5 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 1/4 cups butter 1 1/4 cups brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar 2 tsp pure vanilla 2 large eggs 2 tablespoons milk 2.25 cups quick oats 8 ounces (1 1/4 cups) chocolate chips Method Cream butter, brown and white sugar and vanilla. While mixing, add eggs one at a time and then milk. Add flour and mix, then oats and mix, then chocolate chips and mix. Put cookies (tbsp in volume) on greased tray about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375F until golden (about 14 minutes).
