Dear Gruner Group members:

Due to popular demand, three files which need constant updating
have become update-able by user "us"  (all Gruner group members):

	vendors.html (vendor information)
	address.html (group address list)
	duties.txt (Czar/duties list: computer, room, safety/maintenance list)

Located in:
\\BIGSIS\Data\Web_Pages\internal_info\member\

Please make changes yourself (or, ask me if you need my help),
but there are some rules that MUST be  followed.

When you make changes:
1. PLEASE, write in the log.txt the file what, when, and how you
changed a file. (This is important especially if you decide to
change the format of the page).

2. PLEASE, avoid using Microsoft Word to edit html files. (Word
makes HTML very messy.) You can of  course use Word to change
Software_Catalog.doc.

3. PLEASE, put a copy of the original in "previous_version" with
a descriptive name such as "address_030321.html" or "address_mar21.html".
