1. The LASSP FedEx account is 1014-3832-5.
You must also note the Gruner group U76 account on the
form for internal purposes.


2. Sending: 

Fill out form; Key sections:

Sect. 1 (From):		- write FedEx Acct
Sect. 7 (Payment):	- check "sender"
			- on Acct No. line, note U76 account

**Bring top copy of FedEx form to Larisa Vygran in Clark 511.


3. Receving:

Tell company that they must note U76 account for internal
purposes. Larisa suggests to asking them put all information
in Section 7:

- "recipient" must be checked
- on Acct No. line, both LASSP FedEx Acct. and U76 account

**Email Larisa Vygran (lv19) and inform her the name of the
company that is using the account.
